Irrigation Development and Support Project (IDSP) – Support to World Bank Task Team and Government of Republic of Zambia (GRZ) with Preparation of Contract with UNOPS on Zambia Dams (November 2019—ongoing)
Served as an expert advisor on how best to utilize UNOPS as the Implementing Partner. In order to address outstanding issues of the implementation of an integrated framework for the development and management of water resources in Zambia, the World Bank was to support GRZ under the umbrella of the Irrigation Development and Support Program (IDSP, P102459)—an Irrigation Project which is currently under implementation. The support was envisioned in two distinct phases and we were responsible for drafting the TOR for the two said phases.
