Dr. Saleem Akhtar

Soil sciences expert, holding a Ph. D from Texas A&M University and M.Sc. from Faisalabad Agriculture University. He started agriculture research and development career at Pakistan Agriculture Research Council Islamabad in 1982. He taught advance level courses in Soil Sciences Arid Agriculture University Rawalpindi for more than 12 years.

Dr. Hanid Mukhtar

Hanid Mukhtar taught economics at Quaid-i-Azam University, University of Massachusetts at Boston, North Eastern University, Boston University (Visiting Associate Professor), and Applied Economics Research Centre. He joined World Bank as a macroeconomist in 1990. He retired from the World Bank in 2014. Dr. Mukhtar has a PhD in Economics from Boston University.

Dr. Rashid Aziz

Rashid Aziz retired from the World Bank in December 2013, after a career spanning more than 30 years at the Islamabad Office. His most recent assignment (where he spent nearly 25 years) was as Senior Energy Specialist in the Islamabad Office. He participated in Bank teams (including as the Team Leader) for the various projects at WBG. Dr. Aziz has a PhD in Economics from McMaster University.
