Lessons Learnt Study: Economic Impact of Government Policies and Approaches on Inclusion of Refugees and Host Communities (July 2018—December 2018)
The study aimed at understanding lessons learned from Pakistan’s Experience in Hosting Refugees over Four Decades through an assessment of: (a) the social and (b) the economic impact of government policies and approaches on the inclusion of refugees and host communities. Worked on in-depth desk research, development of primary research tools, field research in Islamabad, Peshawar and Quetta, data analysis, report writing, presentations and coordination with WBG, UNHCR, Afghan Refugees Commissionerate, and GOP officials.
